*Package services are fixed and non-exchangeable.

*No refunds are available after the invoice is issued. You can exchange the service for another or postpone the service.

*Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 3 months.

*Pre-booking is required to use the gift card.

*When starting the service, please adhere to the service time. Customers are allowed 10 minutes to change clothes. If the extra time is exceeded, the extra time will be deducted from the customer's allotted service time.

*Offer services cannot be postponed or replaced.
